Purpose UPU Letter Writing Competition

This is a letter writing competition where peoples from countries, which are members of UPU, can compete. Each year the UPU International Bureau announces a theme. each country organises this competition at the national level and selects a winner whose work is then forwarded for international round. An international jury, who is selected by UPU International Bureau then selects the winner.
